Get notified about bookings and install Sotera on your phone

Get a notification the moment someone books, moves or cancels, even when Sotera is closed.

Steps

1. On the phone, tablet or computer you want alerts on, sign in and go to Notifications.
2. On iPhone or iPad, first add Sotera to your home screen: in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, then Add. Open Sotera from the home screen and sign in.
3. Click Turn on notifications and allow them when your device asks.
4. We send a test notification. Click Send a test any time to check again.
5. Under Email, keep Email me about bookings on to also get emails.

Good to know

• Turn notifications on separately on each device. Turning them off on one device doesn't affect the others.
• On Android or a computer, Install Sotera (or your browser's install option) puts it on your home screen like an app.
• Play a sound for new bookings and Keep the screen on work while Sotera is open. Handy for a front-desk tablet.
• Owners hear about every booking. Team members hear about their own.
• Booking emails go to the email you sign in with. The contact email in Settings also gets a copy.
• If it says notifications are blocked, allow them for this site in your browser settings, then reload.
