Add your own buttons, or send Book buttons to another booking site

You can add up to four buttons of your own, and choose where your site's Book buttons go.

Steps

1. Go to Site content and scroll to Buttons.
2. In a row, type the button's text (for example "Gift cards") and paste its Link: a web address, a phone number or an email.
3. Under Where, choose Next to the Book button, In the menu or In the footer.
4. To send all Book buttons elsewhere, scroll to Booking and choose Send Book buttons to another booking site.
5. Paste the full link into Your booking page (for example https://booksy.com/...).
6. Click Save changes.

Good to know

• Leave a button row empty to skip it. If a row says "Paste the full web address, a phone number or an email", the link can't be used as typed.
• Links to other websites open in a new tab.
• If Book buttons go to another site, those bookings don't appear in Sotera, don't get Sotera reminders, and your phone assistant can't see or book them.
• Want both? Keep Book with Sotera (recommended) and add a "Book on …" button instead.
• To switch back, choose Book with Sotera (recommended) and save.
