Update your business details

Your contact details appear on your website and in the messages clients get.

Steps

1. Go to Settings in the dashboard menu.
2. Under Your business, edit Business name, Your name, What you do and Time zone.
3. Under How clients reach you, add your Phone and Email.
4. Under Address, fill in Street address, City, State and ZIP. Leave it empty if you work from home or go to clients.
5. Click Save details.

Good to know

• Your time zone runs your hours, bookings and reminders. Check it if times look off.
• An address puts a map and directions on your site.
• Your name is used in your site's About section and by the phone assistant.
• The email you enter here also gets a copy of every booking notification.
• Renaming your business doesn't change your web address, so shared links keep working. There's no setting to change the address yourself; email hello@sotera.to if you need a different one.
• Only the account owner can change these details.
