Let clients choose who they book with

Once two or more people on your team take bookings, your booking page asks clients who they'd like.

Steps

1. Go to Team and click Edit on each person who should be bookable.
2. Tick Takes bookings and click Save profile. You need at least two people with this ticked.
3. Make sure each person's Services they do is right. Clients only see people who do the service they picked.
4. On your booking page, clients now see Who would you like?, with each person and No preference (the first available person).

Good to know

• With only one bookable person, nothing changes: clients book the business, and the Team page tells you so.
• With No preference, Sotera picks someone who's free, spreading the day's work.
• Each person's own hours and time off decide which times clients see for them.
• People with Show on the website ticked get a profile page on your site.
• The phone assistant can also book with a named person.
• On Bookings, the owner can filter by person and use Move to hand a booking to someone else. Sotera stops you if that person is busy or off.
