Invite team members and add seats

Each person on your team gets their own login, sees their own appointments and gets a profile on your website.

Steps

1. Go to Team. The top card shows how many seats you have and how many are in use.
2. Under Add someone to the team, enter their Name and Email.
3. Click Send invite.
4. If every seat is in use, tick the box to add a seat and click Add a seat & invite.
5. They get an email with a Set up my login button. They choose a password and they're in.

Good to know

• Seats count everyone, including you. Extra seats are $7 a month each ($84 a year on yearly billing), added to your subscription and prorated.
• You can also click Add a seat · $7 a month on the seats card ahead of time, or Remove an empty seat to stop paying for one you don't use.
• Plans for one person can't buy seats; the card offers See plans to upgrade.
• The invite link works for 7 days. If it expires, open the person under Team → Edit and click Send invite again.
• Team members don't see billing, services, the website or settings. They manage their own appointments, profile, hours and time off.
• To remove someone, click Edit → Remove from team. Their login is deleted and their upcoming appointments move to your calendar.
