Update your card and download invoices

Change your payment card, see past invoices or cancel, on Stripe's secure billing page.

Your card and invoices are managed on a secure page run by Stripe, our payment provider.

Steps

Go to Billing.
Click Manage billing & invoices.
On the Stripe page, update your card, download invoices and receipts, or cancel.
Use the link on the Stripe page to return to Sotera.

If the status says Payment failed, update your card here. Your site and bookings keep working meanwhile.
Extra team seats are added to your subscription, so they appear on your invoices.
Your card details never touch Sotera.
Only the account owner can open billing.
