Add a service and set its price

Your services and prices are what your website shows, what clients book, and what the phone assistant quotes.

Steps

1. Go to Services & pricing and click + New service.
2. Type the Service name. Optionally add a Category (it groups services on your price list) and a short Description.
3. Under How is this priced?, choose One price (same price and time for everyone) or Depends on choices (price changes with size, length or duration).
4. For One price, enter the Price ($) and Time (minutes). Optionally add a Price label, like "from $110", to show instead of the number.
5. For Depends on choices, enter the Base price ($) and Base time (minutes), then add your choices (see "Add choices like size and length").
6. Leave Clients can book this and Show on my website ticked.
7. Click Create service.

Good to know

• The time must be at least 5 minutes. It's how long the appointment blocks on your calendar.
• After saving you'll see "Saved. Your website and booking page now show these prices."
• To change a service later, click it (or Edit) in the list, make changes, and click Save changes.
• Delete service removes it for good; past bookings keep their record. To take it off temporarily, untick Clients can book this instead.
• Only the account owner can add or change services.
