Keep a price private

For work you quote case by case, you can keep the price to yourself and show a short label instead.

Steps

1. Open the service in Services & pricing.
2. Untick Show the price to clients.
3. In What they see instead, type a label or pick a suggestion: Free estimate, Request a quote, Call for pricing, Priced on site, or Quoted after consultation.
4. Keep your real price in the price box, for your own records.
5. Click Save changes.

Good to know

• Clients can still book the service. Your website, booking page, confirmation emails, texts and phone assistant show the label, never the number.
• If you leave the label empty, clients see "Request a quote".
• In your services list, a private service shows "Clients see …" under its price.
• The Price label field (like "from $110") is only for prices you show; it disappears when the price is private.
