Offer add-ons

Create extras clients can add when they book, each with its own price and time.

Add-ons are extras, like a wash or a deep conditioning treatment, that clients can add to a booking.

Steps

  1. Go to Add-ons in the dashboard menu.
  2. In the bottom row, type the add-on's name, its price, and how many minutes it adds.
  3. Click Add.
  4. To change one, edit its row and click Save.
  5. To stop offering one for now, untick Yes under Offered and click Save. To remove it for good, click Delete.

Good to know

  • Add-ons are offered with every service. Clients see an Anything extra? step after choosing a service, and can skip it.
  • Each add-on adds to the total price and to the appointment's length.
  • The phone assistant can mention add-ons and include them when booking.
  • Only the account owner can manage add-ons.
