Job addresses and the areas you serve

For home and field services, Sotera asks customers where the job is and shows the areas you cover.

Steps

1. Go to Settings.
2. In Areas you serve (optional), list where you work, like "Minneapolis, St. Paul and the west metro".
3. If you don't have a shop customers visit, leave Street address empty.
4. Click Save details.
5. When a job is booked, open Bookings. The job address shows with a 📍 and links to Google Maps.

Good to know

• Your booking form asks customers Where's the job? and they must fill it in to book online.
• On the phone, the assistant asks for the address. If a caller doesn't give one, the job is still booked so you can follow up.
• Your service areas show on your website, are given to Google, and are said by the phone assistant.
• Sotera doesn't block bookings from outside your areas, so check the address when you accept a job.
• An address in Street address puts a map and directions on your site.
