A price shows wrong on my site

Prices on your site come straight from Services & pricing, so the fix is almost always there.

Steps

1. Go to Services & pricing and open the service.
2. One price: check Price ($). If Price label has text (like "from $110"), clients see that label instead of the number.
3. Depends on choices: your site shows "from" the cheapest combination. Check Base price ($) and each option's Adds $.
4. Look at What clients will pay. A highlighted box marked "custom" is an exact price you set for that combination; clear it to use the worked-out price.
5. If clients see "Request a quote" or another label instead of a price, Show the price to clients is unticked. Tick it to show the number.
6. If the total at booking is higher than expected, check Add-ons. Each add-on the client picks adds to the total.
7. Click Save changes, then reload your site.

Good to know

• Changes show on your site, booking page and phone assistant straight away.
• Bookings already made keep the price they were booked at.
• If a service is missing from your site, check Show on my website and Clients can book this.
